Is it just me, or is there really a lack of high school themed kits in the scrapbooking world these days? Does everyone stop scrapping before their kids reach high school? I went to do a page on my daughter playing powder puff football and couldn't find ANY kits with that theme! But as someone once said, "Necessity is the mother of invention" - So I made my own, and of course I'm going to share it with you! :)

ReplyDeleteThank you! Thank goodness homecoming week is over for us, now we can rest a bit! I'm not sure if people don't scrap as much for high school age or if its that our high school age kids don't let us take as many pictures! :-(
ReplyDeleteNo not everyone gives up scrapbooking when there kids have left school. like you I have joined Shabby Princess (where i found your blog link) and just discovered the fabulous world of Digital scrapping, my kids have all left home and i just did a 'Marching' layout in the Birthstone challenge...In New Zealand Marching is a popular girls sport. anyway like you had to make my own embellishments because I couldn;t find any any where on the internet..you think Marching bands and High School embellishments are hard to fine..try Marching! hope you don't mind me posting, I don;t have a blog, don't know how to create one.I love your freebies you made but I haven;t downloaded them..keep mainly to Shabby Shoppe stuff.
